Reports let you filter down to exactly the tickets you need, then export the results — ready to plug into spreadsheets, dashboards, or whatever reporting tools you use.

Steps

  1. Go to the Reports page.
  2. Choose a date range.
    • First, decide whether the range filters by when tickets were Opened or Closed.
    • Then set a From and To date to narrow it down.
  3. Apply any filters you need:
    • Status — limit to tickets in a specific state.
    • Category & Subcategory — narrow by ticket type.
    • Team — if you're assigned to more than one.
    • Submitter — the Partner Hub user who created the ticket.
    • E-Mail — the contact's email address instead, useful for tickets that arrived without a Partner Hub user attached.
    • Source — Partner Hub, Email, or Abuse Notification.
  4. Choose your export format (CSV or XLSX).
  5. Click Generate Report.
  6. Once it's done generating, a download link appears below the button.

Good to know

  • Submitter and E-Mail are two different ways to search for the same thing: Submitter matches against Partner Hub user accounts, while E-Mail matches the raw contact address — useful for tickets that came in via email or an abuse notification, where no Partner Hub user is attached.
  • None of the filters are required — you can generate a report with no filters applied to export everything within your date range.
